Important Delivery and Ordering Information

Ordering Information.

• We take orders for turf in square metres. Please ring if you need help with your measurements.
  
  
• Measure accurately and add 5% more than you think you need. Small additional deliveries are costly so it is prudent not to under order.
  
  
• We advise that you arrange delivery of the turf for the day you are going to lay it.
   
• CANCELLATIONS. You can cancel your order up to noon the day before your delivery day. Orders cannot be cancelled after this time and you will not receive a refund.

Delivery Information.

• We deliver daily Tuesday - Saturday. Deliveries arrive around mid-day .   This can be next day if you order before 9:30 am.

             ( There are NO small order deliveries, less than 300 metres,  on Mondays. Please call     0800 068 0871 to enquire about larger Monday deliveries)

• Saturday deliveries have an additional charge of £40.00 (plus vat)

• You can request a ‘timed’ delivery at extra cost as follows:
  
  

                 Before 10:00 am + £10 (plus vat)

                 By 9.00 am + £12 (plus vat)

• Pallets hold 60 m2  max & are 1.2m X 1.2m in size
• Delivery is by manual pallet forks, steep slopes & gravel can sometimes be awkward.
• Turf is delivered under the Road Haulage Association Conditions of Carriage 
• We deliver to all areas, however the prices on this website are for postcode areas:
  RG,SL,GU,SN,GL,OX,HP,MK,LU,AL and Outer London.
